Dear High Point Families and Friends,

Welcome to High Point— we are so glad you are here!

My name is David LaFrance, and I am truly honored to join this exceptional school community. Whether your family is new to the Orland School District 135 or you’ve been part of it for years, I want you to know how excited we are to have you with us.

As we begin the 2025-2026 school year, I bring with me a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives, and a passion for helping every student feel seen, supported, and successful. I’ve already been inspired by the dedication of our staff, the warmth of our families, and the enthusiasm of our students. Together, I am confident that we can continue to make High Point a place where every child can thrive.

At High Point, relationships matter, and our day-to-day interactions make a difference. We are committed to creating an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and academically strong. My goal is to partner closely with families, support our amazing educators, and create opportunities for every student to reach their full potential.
